Return & Refund Policy

At SizzleTools.com, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to both digital products and physical merchandise.

Digital products include:

  • Software
  • Tools
  • Downloadable assets

Physical merchandise includes:

  • Apparel
  • Magnets
  • Accessories
  • Other shipped items

Digital products and physical merchandise follow different refund rules, outlined below.


Digital Products (Software, Tools, Downloads)

The following section applies only to digital products.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase (all digital products) as well as a free 14-day trial period (selected products).

If requesting a refund, we would appreciate it if you would let us know why. We truly want to know how we can improve our products, so please include details about the reason for your refund request when contacting us.

Money Back Guarantee

In addition to offering a 14-day free trial on selected products, we offer an up to 30-day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase. If your refund request date exceeds the product’s specified money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be given. Refunds will be approved or rejected based on the following circumstances.

No Refund Given

We generally do not refund or exchange products due to the following circumstances:

  • Non-technical – Failure by the customer to understand the product due to lack of research, causing improper purchase. We urge you to research product details and tutorials, contact us with questions, and use the free trial version (on selected products) prior to making your purchase.
  • Non-technical – Complaint of credit card fraud/other unauthorized payment. Since we work with an independent payment platform (WooCommerce), it is impossible for us to monitor authorization during payment. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it can’t be cancelled.
  • Non-technical – The ‘wrong product’ was purchased, without the ‘correct product’ being purchased in exchange from SizzleTools, within the guarantee period of the ‘wrong product’ purchased product. Note: If the ‘correct product’ is purchased afterwards, we will refund the price of the ‘wrong product,’ (see Accepted Circumstances section).
  • Non-technical – A customer has a ‘change of mind’ after purchase.
  • Technical – A refund request due to technical problems, with the customer refusing to cooperate with our support team in (a) by declining to provide detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem in efforts to troubleshoot and fix the problem, or (b) refusing to try and apply the solutions provided by our support team.
  • Technical – A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated if the order exceeds the 30-day guarantee period.

Accepted Circumstances

SizzleTools will offer refunds due to the following circumstances within the accepted period of our Money Back Guarantee:

  • Non-technical – The ‘wrong product’ was purchased, and then the ‘correct product’ was purchased from SizzleTools. In this instance, we will refund the price of the ‘wrong product.’
  • Non-technical – Inadvertent purchases (multiple/extra) of the same product. In this instance, we will refund the appropriate number of products for you, or swap one SizzleTools product for another equally priced SizzleTools product.
  • Technical – The software purchased has terminal technical problems within the 30-day guarantee period. We will refund the purchase price if you prefer not to wait for a fix or future upgrade. Note: Purchased product licenses include free upgrades within the respective product version (for example: versions 1.x of purchased product).

Once a refund has been issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. It is recommended that the software is uninstalled and completely removed from your computer.


Physical Merchandise (T-Shirts, Magnets, Apparel, Accessories)

The following section applies only to physical merchandise. Digital products are governed solely by the policy above.

All physical merchandise is custom-made when ordered. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not maintain inventory or accept traditional returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to make things right in the event of defects or shipping issues.

No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of fit, color, or design
  • Accidental or duplicate orders

Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Examples include:

  • Misaligned or incorrect print
  • Incorrect size printed
  • Incorrect color or design
  • Damage during shipping
  • Noticeably poor print quality

To process a replacement, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, a replacement will be issued promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost.

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for free replacement or refund. You may request a reprint at your cost.

Returning Physical Items

Because merchandise is custom-produced, we do not accept returns to any fulfillment or production facility.

Refund Eligibility for Physical Merchandise

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is incorrect
  • The product is damaged
  • The package is lost

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Carrier delays outside our control

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
